Shopping process & Delivery

The shopping process in 5 simple steps: from our e-shop to your address

Step 1: Select your items

Add the products to your cart.

Step 2: Place your order

Validate your shopping cart contents. You can choose express or standard checkout at this stage.
Fill in your contact information and shipping details, or log in to your account if you already have one. Choose your delivery method (standard or express), review your order and proceed to payment.
Choose from a variety of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay.

     ✔ After the order is placed, we will send you an email confirmation summarizing it.

Step 3: We prepare your order

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.
Sometimes it may take a bit longer, because to deliver you a freshly produced item and to help the environment, we keep a limited stock. In such a case, we will inform you about that and will kindly ask to allow 5 to 10 days following the confirmation of your order.

Please be assured that we work our hardest to get you the order as quickly as possible.

     ✔ We will send you a shipping confirmation and a tracking link as soon as your parcel is out for delivery.

Step 4: The parcel is on its way

Delivery time depends on your destination country but on average takes 1-5 days. You can find more details on each country by clicking the link: Delivery & Returns

     ✔ You will receive tracking emails notifying you about the delivery progress and status.

Step 5: The package is delivered at your address

Please examine whether the packaging of the goods is intact and in the case of any defects, immediately notify the delivery company.
If no one is available at your address on the delivery date, you would usually be able to pick up the package from a collection point or post office during 7 days. Please contact the delivery company if you need some more time to pick up your parcel.
