Returns & Refunds

The return process in 4 simple steps:

Step 1: Send us an email at contact@bhappybrand.com within 14 days following reception of the order. Please include your name, order number and specify whether you want to return or exchange your item.

If you received a product that is faulty, incomplete, or different than the order placed, please provide a photo of the product and describe the concerns: we will find a solution together.

     ✔ We will send you the return label to put on your package

Step 3: Prepare your package

Please try your products with care and ensure that they are returned in exactly the same condition in which you received it: new, unworn, unwashed, not modified in any way and with all of its labels and accessories.

     ✔ Stick the return label over the parcel (to cover the original label). Send your package to the collection point in your country by any postal service provider. The address will be already indicated on the return label.

Step 4: We take care of the rest

Returns are processed and checked within two working days from receipt at the warehouse, with refunds following shortly thereafter.
Please note that we will not be able to accept the returns which do not fulfill the conditions outlined in the step 3. Such items will be sent back to the customer.

The refund is provided to the person who placed the original order via the method of payment used. It is usually processed under approximately 14 working days by the bank; this time may slightly vary depending on your card service.

   ✔ We offer free returns: in case of return of all articles the delivery fees will be refunded.
