DELIVERY

  1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS, COSTS AND TIMES

Shipping rates and times vary based upon destination (please see the table below). Your rate will be automatically calculated at checkout.

We offer Free standard delivery:

  • In Europe (including UK and Ireland): on all orders over € 90
  • For all other countries: on orders over € 350.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a reference only and will commence from the shipping date. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Please be assured that we work our hardest to get you the order as quickly as possible.

  1. IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

2.1 The couriers deliver from Monday to Friday and do not deliver on holidays. Any orders placed over the weekend or during public bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

2.2 Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur an additional shipping charge if they are reshipped.

2.3 If no one is available at your address to sign for your order, our delivery partner will leave you a note explaining what to do to have it delivered again. In most cases it will try to deliver the package two more times, leaving a card with instructions on each occasion.

2.4 We strongly recommend you to examine whether the packaging of the goods is intact and in the case of any defects, immediately notify the delivery company. In the case the package is found damaged indicating an unauthorized intrusion into the parcel, you may refuse to accept the parcel from the shipper.

2.5 Please note that for some destinations outside the EU, there can be a customs charge upon arrival of your package that is determined from country to country. As we are unable to advise on the amount this may be, we invite you to verify local taxes and duties before placing an order.

RETURNS

  1. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT RETURNS AND REFUNDS 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return purchased products within 30 days from the date you received your shipment.

To return the goods you have to send us your return request at contact@bhappybrand.com within 30 days from the delivery date, while including your name and order number. We will confirm receipt of your request by email, by sending you a return’s form. You will have then to ship the items within 30 days from the date of sending you return request. You will find the detailed return process steps below.  

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The products should not have been used, worn, washed or damaged. They must be in the same condition that you received it
  • The products must be returned in their original packaging, complete with any accessories sent together with the item

If the item you return does not match its original condition, we reserve the right to reject the refund.

  1. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To process a return, please follow the following steps:

1) Send us an email at contact@bhappybrand.com within 30 days from the delivery date. Please include your name and order number.

2) We will confirm the receipt of your request by email, by sending you the return label.

3) Print the return label and stick it over the package including the item(-s) you wish to return.

4) Send the item(-s) back via any mailing service within 30 days from the date of sending your return request. You will only need to send your parcel to the collection point in your country which will be already indicated on the return label.

  1. REFUND

3.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the refund is approved, it will be issued promptly to the original method of payment. The time period for refunding depends on the payment type used, but in average will be around 7-14 working days.

3.2 If the products returned are not eligible for a refund, you will be able to choose to have them returned to you at your own expense. If you refuse this delivery, we reserve the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products.

3.3 Please note that you will be only responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item(-s) to the collection point in your country.
If you return an item that is faulty, the shipping costs will be refunded.

  1. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to order an item in a different size, a different design or another color, you shall make a return in the ways and terms described above and place a new order in our online shop.
