About e-Gift cards
BHappy Brand e-Gift Cards are digital cards with a unique code to be entered at checkout.
By purchasing and using BHappy e-Gift cards, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully. Should you have any questions regarding that, please contact us at contact@bhappybrand.com.
Throughout the Website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BHappyBrand. Where we refer to "you" or "your" we mean you, the person using the Webside or placing an order on it. BHappyBrand offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
E-Gift Cards are issued and operated by BHappy Brand. We reserve the right to remove e-Gift cards from the Website, decline to issue e-Gift cards and to modify the conditions of operation of e-Gift cards, at any time and without notice.
E-Gift cards are delivered via email to the address you supply to us immediately after purchase. If you want to buy a gift card for someone else, then you need to forward the gift card email to the recipient. If you want us to make it for you, please send us an email at contact@bhappybrand.com
Redemption and balance inquiry
BHappy Brand e-Gift Card is only redeemable for purchases of merchandise online at bhappybrand.com. You can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code at checkout, when making a purchase at bhappybrand.com. This code isn't case sensitive.
A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping. You can check the balance and transaction history by sending us an email at contact@bhappybrand.com.
When you redeem a gift card, the checkout displays one of the following options:
- If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then you can click “Complete order”.
- If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then you will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.
Gift Cards may not be used to purchase other Gift Card(s).
Gift Cards may not be redeemable for cash.
Expiration
BHappy Brand e-Gift cards are valid for 6 months. Please note that any unused balance on the card cannot be refunded.
Lost card
In case if you lose a gift card code, please send us an email at contact@bhappybrand.com to receive an updated gift card. If a gift card has been partially used, then only the remaining balance will be sent to you.
Returns
You may cancel the purchase of the Gift Card within 14 days provided that you or the recipient of the Gift Card has not used any part of the Gift Card to make a purchase (even if that purchase is canceled).
Returning an item purchased with an e-Gift Card
Items purchased by an e-Gift Card and returned will be subject to BHappy Brand’s Returns policy. The refund will be credited to another Gift Card. Any funds charged to a credit card or another form of payment will be automatically refunded to the same payment method.
